-Most of the building exterior glass, allowing use of the light
-The building consist of office floors, parking space, retail and amenity spaces.
-The tower has some of their corners that are cut off from a rectangular box. This is due to the design based on the time of the sun.

The yellow is public sector that has shops and can be accessed by anyone. There is also a roof top garden that is accessed through the bridge. |
